A multi-agency mash up – a DBT informed transitions pilot project
The aim of the paper is to share an example of a multi-agency transitions pilot project in an inner London borough. The authors hope to highlight the benefits of multi-agency working within the context of the rights of children and young people and to provide reflections on some of the challenges that arose during the project.
