摘要

本研究以三宝垄市佩都隆干区创意产业女性小企业家为研究对象,以产品创新为中介变量,实证分析市场导向对营销绩效的影响。研究样本为117人,采用人口普查法。变量之间的关系模型将使用路径分析(SPSS'26)进行分析。根据测试结果,我们发现市场导向和产品创新对三宝垄市佩都隆干区创意产业女性小企业家的营销绩效有显著的正向影响。产品创新作为中介变量能够中介市场导向对三宝垄市佩都隆干区小型创意产业女企业家营销绩效的影响。
