摘要

本研究旨在分析:(1)注册教师在学习过程中的绩效;(2)阻碍注册教师绩效低下的因素;(3)校长为克服注册教师绩效障碍所做的努力。采用的方法是SMA Negeri 2 Tondano的定性研究方法。研究结果表明:(1)注册教师在学科、教学技能和学习工具制作方面的表现仍然较低;2)抑制因素为能力(知识)和技能水平低、上级缺乏激励、校长缺乏控制或监督、校长缺乏果断行动的勇气、缺乏制作学习工具的培训、不掌握信息技术;3)学校校长在提高认证教师绩效方面的努力是坚定的,包括训斥和制裁,培训学习工具,掌握信息技术并进行持续评估。
