This research is a quantitative research. The research population is all employees of Cafe Basa-Basi Yogyakarta, totaling 50 employees. The research sample is the entire population, amounting to 50 employees of Cafe Basa-Basi Yogyakarta. The technique of determining the sample using gross sampling technique. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques used descriptive statistical analysis, and classical hypothesis testing included testing for normality, multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity, as well as multiple regression testing. 摘要

本研究旨在探讨民主领导、组织公正、工作满意度对日惹Basa-Basi咖啡馆组织承诺的影响。本研究为定量研究。研究对象为Cafe Basa-Basi Yogyakarta的所有员工,共50名员工。研究样本是全体人口,共计50名日惹Basa-Basi咖啡馆的员工。用粗抽样技术确定样品的技术。使用问卷调查的数据收集技术。数据分析技术采用描述性统计分析,经典假设检验包括正态性检验、多重共线性检验和异方差检验以及多元回归检验。结果显示,民主领导、组织公正和工作满意度对日惹咖啡酒店员工组织承诺有部分且同时显著的正向影响。
