Results: A methodology has been developed to improve the efficiency of operation of low-intensity railway lines based on a logistic approach with an assessment of the transport potential of the line and modeling a set of measures to improve the efficiency of their work. Practical significance: The developed methodology is recommended for use in the preparation of work plans to improve the efficiency of operation of low-intensity lines.
