The article reconstructs the personal criteria regarding the right to social welfare for Ukrainian citizens who have come to Poland as a result of the unprecedented aggression of the Russian Federation on the territory of independent Ukraine. It also discusses the principles and procedure of its award to Ukrainian citizens by the authorities of the Polish public administration.
