The study used stratified sampling and employed statistical tools such as Mean, Standard Deviation, T-test and analysis of variance. The findings revealed that the level of collaborative leadership of commissioned officers in the Philippine National Police is very high. Further, it was found that collaborative leadership does not differ significantly when analysed by sex, rank, educational attainment and length of service.
