This study aims to analyse how the influence of entrepreneurial characteristics influences entrepreneurial intention. Derivative entrepreneurial characteristics include sociability, planning, leadership, innovation, and risk-taking. The sample of this study were Business School Students at Universitas Ciputra in Surabaya who had taken Entrepreneurship courses up to semester 6 of 190 respondents. The data that has been collected is processed using SEM-PLS. This study concludes that not all elements in entrepreneurial characteristics significantly influence students' entrepreneurial intentions. 摘要
Ajzen提出的计划行为理论(Theory of Planned behavior)认为，影响创业意向的因素有几个，即对创业的态度、主观规范和感知行为控制。本研究旨在分析创业特征对创业意向的影响。衍生创业特征包括社交性、计划性、领导力、创新性和冒险性。本研究的样本是泗水Ciputra大学商学院的学生，他们在第六学期之前学习了创业课程，共有190名受访者。已收集的数据使用SEM-PLS进行处理。本研究的结论是，并非所有创业特征的要素都显著影响学生的创业意向。这是因为许多学生仍然需要明确规划他们未来的职业道路。
