摘要

本研究旨在建立泰国陆运部门在线驾照供应链信息系统模型，并对该模型进行评估。样本是十位信息系统和供应链领域的专家。采用有目的抽样的方法选出10名专家。所得数据用均值和标准差进行分析。研究结果表明，该模型由主要组成部分供应商、陆运部门、成品人、客户五个要素组成，并利用算术均值和标准差对数据进行分析，利用Back-Box技术建立了泰国陆运部门在线驾照信息系统模型。10位专家对模型进行了评价，评价结果表明，所建立的模型具有较高的适用性，表明该模型具有开发信息系统的能力。
