摘要

本研究的目的是探讨领导体育组织与附属体育组织之间的组织间关系。特别是,心理安全在领导组织包容性领导与员工工作压力、幸福感和创新工作行为的关系中起中介作用。为了验证这一目的,我们通过在线调查收集了250名附属体育组织的员工。采用M-plus7.0进行结构方程建模,检验中介效应。因此,领导组织的包容性领导对员工的心理安全产生正向影响(H1)。心理安全正向影响员工的低工作压力(H2)、幸福感(H3)和创新工作行为(H4)。本研究对体育组织情境下领导组织领导力与下属组织员工工作行为的关系进行了研究,具有理论和实践贡献。
