Job satisfaction served as a moderating variable between training and transformational leadership on performance. 摘要

法律和人权部的惩教处分为若干惩教单位Pelaksana Teknis日惹由5个单位组成,即日惹ii级监狱、日惹ii级女子监狱、日惹ii级国家拘留中心、I级国家没收物品仓库。本研究的样本为120名员工,采用概率抽样和分层随机抽样相结合的抽样技术进行招募。研究发现,培训和变革型领导对工作满意度和绩效有显著的正向影响。工作满意度是培训与变革型领导对绩效的调节变量。根据本研究的发现,日惹Pelaksana Teknis日惹单位可以改善培训和变革型领导,以提高工作满意度和员工绩效。
