Data analysis techniques in this study are data quality test, descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption test and hypothesis testing with the help of IBM SPSS 22 statistical software. 摘要

本研究旨在以工作满意度为中介变量,探讨薪酬和激励对皮亚马亨中小企业员工绩效的影响。本研究采用人口普查抽样技术,对45名英国皇家航空公司的员工进行了调查,并将其归类为定量研究。本研究的数据分析技术为数据质量检验、描述性统计分析、经典假设检验和假设检验,采用IBM SPSS 22统计软件。本研究的结果证明,薪酬和激励对员工绩效有正向显著的影响,薪酬和激励对工作满意度有正向显著的影响,工作满意度能够中介薪酬和激励对员工绩效的影响。
