The results demonstrate that different compositions of CdS1−xSex can be facilely obtained by adjusting the R value (starting S/Se molar ratio); when R is equal to 0.67 and 0.83, the prepared samples are CdS0.75Se0.25, when R is equal to 1.00, 1.17 and 1.33, the prepared samples are CdS0.571Se0.429. It is found that excessive S2− plays critical role in CdS1−xSex formation. 摘要
