Analysis of testing the data in this study is panel data regression analysis using Eviews 10 software. The results of this study found that the Regional Original Income variable has a significant effect on the Capital Expenditure variable with a significant level of 0.0000, the Special Allocation Fund variable has a significant effect on the Capital Expenditure variable with a significant level of 0.0000. As well as the variable Regional Original Income and Special Allocation Funds Simultaneously or jointly have a significant effect on the Capital Expenditure variable with a significant level of 0.00000. 摘要

本研究旨在探讨苏拉威西省东南部地方自有收入和专项拨款资金对区市政府资本支出的影响。本研究使用的数据类型为二手数据。本研究中使用的数据来源来自苏拉威西省东南部17个县/城市2015-2021年资本支出预算、地方自有收入和特别拨款资金的实现报告。本研究数据的检验分析采用Eviews 10软件进行面板数据回归分析。本研究结果发现,区域原始收入变量对资本支出变量具有显著影响,显著水平为0.0000,专项拨款变量对资本支出变量具有显著影响,显著水平为0.0000。以及区域原始收入和专项拨款同时或共同对资本支出变量产生显著影响,显著水平为0.00000。本研究的局限性在于影响资本支出的因素仍然很多,因此希望进一步的研究者可以加入其他变量,使其更加多样化。
