摘要
本病例报告描述了一名8岁男孩，因主动脉下狭窄做过心内直视手术，术后4个月出现呼吸急促和胸痛。超声心动图和血管tdm显示一巨大的假升主动脉动脉瘤。使用ADO II 6/6成功关闭了通信口，随后对假动脉瘤内的血液进行凝血并形成血栓。
