It is supposed to use a multistage parallel-serial signal detection and synchronization procedure with joint detection and tracking devices for signal parameter changes with formation of their copies in the quasi-coherent receiver. For predetermined values of the characteristics of errors in the estimation of carrier frequencies and time delays of complex spread spectrum signals a method of approximate estimation of the duration of their detection and synchronization in the satellite radio system is developed.
