摘要

为促进双师型教师队伍成长,推动高水平、结构化教学创新统一建设,不断提高教师实践师德能力、专业教学能力、综合教育能力和自我发展能力,山西朔州神头职业中学组建专业队伍参加2022年全国高职院校技能大赛教学能力竞赛。参与项目将以网站设计制作项目教学为例,基于企业实际项目重构目录,开发校本活页教材,应用数字化教学资源库、课堂管控平台、云课智能助教、电子书、微课、微视频等多媒体教学手段。为此,我们将传统的以教师为中心的课堂模式转变为以学生为中心的翻转课堂模式,落实课程的思想政治要求,探索“课后竞赛证书”的综合教育,实现竞赛与教学的融合,推进竞赛教学、竞赛学习和竞赛改革。从而为协助学校建设高水平学校,推进教学改革,提高教学质量提供一定的参考。
