The culture of cystic fluid revealed Klebsiella pneumoniae. Our patient was effectively treated with antibiotics for 8 weeks and anticoagulant for 12 weeks. At 12-week follow-up, CECT of the kidney showed decreased cyst and nearly disappeared RVT.
