Results : Based on the examinations, improvements in both reported pain and general functional status of the participants were observed in both groups. Slightly greater improvement regarding reported pain was found in the group of participants undergoing local cryotherapy treatments. 摘要:研究目的:比较全身和局部冷冻治疗对骨关节炎髋关节疼痛和功能的影响。材料和方法:本研究纳入40例患者(女性26例，男性14例)，年龄36 ~ 85岁，确诊为髋关节骨关节炎。20名参与者接受了全身冷冻治疗，而20名参与者接受了髋部局部冷冻治疗。采用视觉模拟量表(VAS)评价治疗效果。结果:在检查的基础上，观察到两组参与者报告的疼痛和一般功能状态的改善。在接受局部冷冻治疗的参与者组中，报告的疼痛有稍大的改善。结论:全身和局部冷冻治疗均能显著提高患者的日常生活能力。
