In order to achieve the research objectives, the author conducted direct interviews with 289 staff and lecturers at universities in Ho Chi Minh City through a prepared questionnaire. The results of testing the hypotheses of the research model have been shown that there are 07 independent variables arranged in descending order of impact that have a linear relationship with the dependent variable – The job satisfaction of staff and lecturers at universities in Ho Chi Minh City includes Job characteristics; Training and advancement; Colleague; Leader; Income; Benefit policy; Working Condition.
