The experiment was carried out on 10 4-month-old male db/db mice and 10 male wild-type control mice, using stimulation electroneuromyography to assess M-wave parameters for m. gastrocnemius and m. biceps brachii . 摘要
本研究旨在探索和描述年轻成年瘦素抵抗C57Bl/Ks-db + / + m (db/db)小鼠神经肌肉关节功能的主要参数。以10只4月龄雄性db/db小鼠和10只野生型对照小鼠为实验对象,采用刺激神经肌电图法评估腓肠肌支原体和肱二头肌支原体的m波参数。我们发现最大振幅下降,同时m波潜伏期和持续时间增加,表明存在轴突和脱髓鞘联合周围神经损伤。
