摘要

本研究的目的在于透过个别督导,改善东巴里托县杜迈6小学教师的教学表现。本研究使用的方法是行动研究,行动研究包括2个周期,每个周期包括:计划、实施、观察和反思。基于行动研究的结果表明,个体监督可以提高东巴里托县杜迈县6号县中小企业的绩效。此外,研究者建议:(1)遇到同样困难的校长可以使用个别监督作为解决方案。(2)为使个别督导的实施取得最大成效,希望校长持续、密集地开展个别督导。
