摘要

1973年至1988年，卡托维兹西里西亚医学院第一皮肤科皮肤科外科对82名角膜棘瘤患者进行了手术治疗。76例患者通过简单的边缘闭合或局部整形手术闭合缺损，6例患者用游离全层皮肤移植覆盖缺损。对不同部位切除肿瘤的准备进行组织学检查。3例肿瘤底部可见癌棘细胞的质地。98%的患者伤口一次愈合。
