ETHICAL PRINCIPLES OF POLYGRAPH APPLICATION IN THE DETECTION AND INVESTIGATION OF CRIMES

В статье автор уделяет внимание истории появления полиграфа, обозначает этические принципы использования полиграфа при расследовании и раскрытии преступлений, которые предлагает внести в кодексы профессиональной этики полиграфологов. Научные ииследования в рассматриваемой области расширяют и углубляют общее понимание этических принципов, связанных с использованием полиграфа в процессе раскрытия и расследования преступлений. Применение выработанных приципов практической деятельности будет способствовать повышению эффективно сти работы с полиграфом при раскрытии и расследовании пр еступлений . The article outlines the ethical principles of using a polygraph in the investigation and disclosure of crimes, which are proposed to be included in the codes of professional ethics of polygraph examiners. The author pays attention to the history of the appearance of the polygraph. The results obtained expand and deepen the general understanding of the ethical principles associated with the use of a polygraph in the pr ocess of detection and investigation of crimes. The importance of the findings lies in their practical value for effective work with a polygraph in the implementation of the processes of disclosure and investigation of crimes.
