The current study aims to examine college of education students’ and in-service teachers’ confidence in integrating information and communication technology (ICT) into their educational practice. In addition, the study examined the variations in participants’’ confidence in integrating ICT into the educational practice based on a set of variables. Two hundred thirty-eight Kuwaiti college of education students and 85 in-service teachers completed the questionnaire. The results showed that the confidence level of college of education students and in-service teachers in integrating ICT into their educational practice is ranging between "fairly" to "quite” confident.
