In this regard, the paper tries to employ opportunity- and necessity-driven entrepreneurship theory. The qualitative approach was used through conducting 15 in-depth interviews with Iranian women entrepreneurs in the Semnan province. According to the results, Sources of work-family conflict for Iranian women entrepreneurs were categorized into: social, cultural, family, and personal categories.
