This paper dis¬cusses the biodiversity of endophytes and their biopharmaceutical prospects in the members of Lamiaceae. Several genera of fungal endophytes were predominant in Lamiaceae plants including Diaporthe, Stem¬phylium, Botryosphaeria, Talaromyces, Fusarium, Cephalotheca, Cladosporium, Penicillium, Aspergillus, and Phoma can produce many types of secondary metabolites.
