The optimised measures can significantly improve slurry diffusion and strength performance of the grouting cable. As a novel idea, several samples of the new grouting cable were produced. 摘要

注浆锚索加固是一项新兴的煤矿裂隙岩体加固技术。将锚索锚固与注浆工序相结合,简化了巷道支护工序。但普通带芯管的注浆索产品存在流道狭窄、浆液扩散困难、索强度显著降低等明显缺陷。为了克服普通注浆索的这些缺点,本文提出了一种新型无芯管注浆索。普通的塑料芯管被由几根钢绞线包裹的钢芯代替。钢绞线与钢芯之间的内部间隙用作浆液流动通道。优化措施能显著改善浆液扩散,提高注浆索的强度性能。作为一种新颖的思路,制作了几种新型注浆索试件。室内试验和现场应用试验表明,与普通注浆索相比,新型注浆索的浆体扩散性能和强度性能均有明显改善。
