摘要

目的:为电子温针仪的安全性和性能评价提供指导。随着电子温针仪等医疗器械的发展,与传统温针相比,其性能、方便性和安全性都有了提高,因此有必要制定安全性能指南。方法:参考现有的其他韩医电子加热设备的标准和导则,起草了《电子温针仪安全性能评估指南》。结果:该指南对器具的适当温度和设置,以及防止热失控的安全措施进行了说明。对仪器的温升精度、定时器、安全装置等性能进行了详细的测试方法。生物、电气、电磁安全要求的测试项目和建议的测试方法参考了韩国食品医药品安全处的批准文件。结论:我们提出了验证温针器具性能和安全性的相关项目,以保证患者的安全,提高正在开发的温针器具在临床应用中的质量。
