Based on the current situation of education and social development, this paper takes the graduate education of Northeast Asian Studies College of Jilin University as a case study. Aimed at the problems existing in the current economic management personnel training process, such as decoupling of positioning and demand, insufficient cross-disciplinary knowledge, limited combination of theoretical teaching and practical application, high barriers to cross-cooperation among teachers, and insufficient leading role of evaluation system, the paper analyzes how to construct the first-class interdisciplinary disciplines from the aspects of talent training positioning, curriculum system, practical teaching system, compound teachers team and comprehensive evaluation system. 摘要

面对当今新科技革命和产业变革带来的机遇与挑战,跨学科发展已成为未来发展的必然趋势,一流的跨学科学科建设肯定满足了新时代国家对高素质人才的迫切需求。本文基于教育与社会发展的现状,以吉林大学东北亚研究学院的研究生教育为个案进行研究。针对当前经济管理人才培养过程中存在的定位与需求脱节、交叉学科知识不足、理论教学与实际应用结合有限、教师交叉合作壁垒高、评价体系引领作用不足等问题,从人才培养定位等方面分析了如何建设一流的交叉学科。课程体系、实践教学体系、复合型教师队伍、综合评价体系。本文旨在探索经济学研究生的培养模式、跨学科教学的形成模式和高素质科研团队的培养模式,为建设一流研究生学科提供实践路径和对策,为新文科建设和高层次跨学科人才的培养做出实践贡献。
