The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling with a total sample of 100 respondents. The data collection technique used a questionnaire which was processed using SPSS version 25. The analytical model used in this study was a multiple linear regression analysis model. To find out the significance of the research variables partially on purchasing decisions, a t-test technique is used using a level of 5% or 0.05. 摘要

本研究旨在检验服务质量、价格和便利性对GoFood服务购买决策的影响。本研究使用的方法是定量方法,通过使用李克特量表的问卷调查。这项研究的人群是格列西克穆罕默迪亚大学的活跃学生。本研究的抽样方法为有目的抽样,共抽样100人。数据收集技术采用问卷调查,使用SPSS 25版进行处理。本研究采用的分析模型为多元线性回归分析模型。为了找出部分研究变量对购买决策的显著性,使用t检验技术,使用5%或0.05的水平。结果表明,服务质量和便利性部分对购买决策有显著影响,价格部分对购买决策没有显著影响。
