摘要

在切除胸椎神经节神经瘤的过程中，在第4/5节肋交界处应用骨蜡止血静脉出血，导致术后第4天下肢瘫痪。在CT扫描诊断后，由于应用骨蜡而造成的髓受压直接得到缓解。术后采用肌瓣成形术和纤维蛋白粘接剂缝合持续存在的蛛网膜下胸膜瘘。
