The operational and design disadvantages of the transportation of cars by the method of full loading with the use of specialized vehicles are described. The method of comparative graphical analysis of the kinematics of the turn of road trains with the use of tow axles different in design features is applied. The kinematic features of the tow axles in the composition of the road train are revealed. Comparative kinematic characteristics of road trains are presented. The results of the analysis of car towing devices by the partial loading method, taking into account the requirements of a modern metropolis, are presented. A variant of the design of the tow axle with a rotating cargo platform is proposed.
