There are two dependent variables, usability and trust, and five independent variables, namely socio-economic characteristics, gender, age, education, income, and employment status. Cross-tabulation to analyze Pospay's research with a total of 250 respondents. The study results show that in terms of education, age, income, and employment status, women are more likely to choose Pospay because of its utility than men.
