Finally, result found no significant mediation of HR effectiveness between the relationship of HR audit with organisational citizenship behaviour and employee retention. 摘要

本研究的目的是研究人力资源审计在员工保留和组织公民行为中的作用。本研究以人力资源效能为中介。本研究采用李克特5分制问卷对巴基斯坦卡拉奇市122名服务行业人力资源专业人员进行人力资源审计。采用Hayes给出的Process v 3.5在SPSS中检验中介作用。结果表明,人力资源审计对人力资源有效性和员工留任有显著影响,而对组织公民行为没有显著影响。结果还表明,人力资源有效性对员工保留和组织公民行为具有正向影响。最后,结果发现人力资源有效性在人力资源审计与组织公民行为和员工保留的关系中没有显著的中介作用。本研究将人力资源有效性作为人力资源审计与员工保留和组织公民行为之间的中介,为人力资源研究提供了新的见解。
