STUDI IMPLEMENTASI SASARAN KESELAMATAN PASIEN DI RUMAH SAKIT UMUM DEWI SARTIKA KOTA KENDARI TAHUN 2022

Abstrak Latar Belakang : Keselamatan pasien adalah masalah kesehatan masyarakat global yang serius. Ada kemungkinan 1 dari 1 juta orang terluka saat bepergian dengan pesawat. Sebagai perbandingan, ada kemungkinan 1 dari 300 pasien terluka selama perawatan kesehatan. Industri dengan persepsi risiko yang lebih tinggi seperti industri penerbangan dan nuklir memiliki catatan keselamatan yang jauh lebih baik daripada perawatan kesehatan.Tujuan : Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi sasaran keselamatan pasien di Rumah Sakit Dewi Sartika Kendari Tahun 2022Metode : Metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan independent interview. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan September 2022 sampai selesai dengan lokasi penelitian adalah Rumah Sakit Umum Dewi Sartika Kota Kendari. Adapun sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu berjumlah 4 orang.Hasil : Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi terkait pasien diidentifikasi sebelum dilakukan tindakan berjalan dengan optimal, implementasi terkait meningkatkan komunikasi yang efektif sudah berjalan dengan baik, implementasikan regulasi mengenai keamanan obat yang perlu di waspadai secara optimal, implementasi berupa penerapan tepat-lokasi, tepat-prosedur dan tepat-pasien operasi yang sudah berjalan sebagaimana mestinya, implementasi sasaran berupa dikuranginya resiko infeksi terkait pelayanan kesehatan masih sangat rendah, implementasi sasaran berupa mengurangi resiko cedera pasien jatuh sudah berjalan dengan baik. Sebaiknya para perawat diberikan pelatihan kembali terkait masalah keselamatan pasien di rumah sakit untuk mencegah kecelakaan di rumah sakit.Kesimpulan : Secara keseluruhan implementasi sasaran keselamatan pasien rumah sakit yang di lihat dari aspek ketepatan identifikasi pasien, aspek peningkatan komunikasi yang efektif, aspek peningkatan keamanan obat yang perlu diwaspadai, aspek kepastian tepat-lokasi, tepat-prosedur, dan tepat-pasien-operasi, dan aspek pengurangan pasien jatuh di Rumah Sakit Umum Dewi Sartika Kendari sudah berjalan dengan baik dan optimal. Sedangkan dari aspek pengurangan resiko infeksi terkait pelayanan kesehatan di Rumah Sakit Umum Dewi Sartika Kendari masih sangat rendah. Sehingga perlu meningkatkan SOP keselamatan pasien dan memberikan pelatihan kepada perawat terkait keselamatam pasien. AbstractBackground:  Patient safety is a serious global public health problem. This research was carried out in September 2022 until it was completed with the research location being Dewi Sartika General he results showed that the implementation related to patients was identified before the action was carried out optimally, the implementation related to improving effective communication was going well, implementing regulations regarding drug safety that needed to be monitored optimally, implementation in the form of the right-location, right-procedure implementation. and right-patient operations that have been running as they should, the implementation of targets in the form of reducing the risk of infection related to health services is still very low, the implementation of targets in the form of reducing the risk of injury to patients falling has gone well. Nurses should be given retraining related to patient safety issues in hospitals to prevent accidents in hospitals.Conclusion: Overall the implementation of hospital patient safety goals is seen from the aspect of patient identification accuracy, aspects of increasing effective communication, aspects of increasing drug safety that need to be watched out for, aspects of exact-location certainty, right-procedure, and right-patient-operation, and aspects The reduction in falling patients at Dewi Sartika Kendari General Hospital has been going well and optimally. Meanwhile, from the aspect of reducing the risk of infection related to health services at the Dewi Sartika Kendari General Hospital, it is still very low. So it is necessary to improve patient safety SOP and provide training to nurses related to patient safety.
