Among the field of energy storage applications, the management and control strategy research is the key technology, and also plays an important role in smart grid study. In this paper, the concept of Wide-area Coordinated Control of Energy Storage System (WCCESS) is proposed. In this system, the control of energy storage, regular equipment of power grid and intermittent energy supply have been integrated and coordinated with multi control targets in different time scale. The application pattern, control strategy and coordinated optimization method of energy storage have also been introduced at full length. WCCESS system is designed in hierarchical structure while combining global control and local control skillfully, consequently reduce optimization complexity and realize multi-target quasi-optimization. 摘要

随着储能技术的快速发展,应用大规模储能技术提高间歇性新能源的渗透率已受到世界各国的关注。在储能应用领域中,管理与控制策略研究是关键技术,也是智能电网研究的重要内容。本文提出了储能系统广域协调控制的概念。在该系统中,储能控制、电网常规设备控制和间歇性能源供应控制在不同时间尺度上实现了多控制目标的集成和协调。详细介绍了储能系统的应用模式、控制策略和协调优化方法。WCCESS系统采用分层结构设计,将全局控制与局部控制巧妙结合,降低了优化复杂度,实现了多目标拟优化。该系统可显著提高间歇性发电机的能源利用效率和接入友好性,对促进储能和间歇性清洁能源的发展具有重要意义。
