摘要

声誉是一项重要的无形资产,而声誉评估在企业合作者的选择过程中起着重要的作用。随着互联网技术的进步,建立供需网络管理已成为现实。本文通过对声誉进行定性,建立了一个声誉评价体系。对评估系统的可靠性进行了验证。在此基础上,考虑交易的频度、金额和时效性,建立了信誉评价的扩展模型。最后,利用声誉评估模型构建了合作伙伴选择图表,并阐述了在使用声誉评估系统时应注意的问题。本研究也为声誉评价的进一步研究提供了理论和实践基础。
