At the same time, the processes of designing and ensuring the functioning of management, development of new and improvement of existing methods of realizing the functions of management of motor transport enterprises competitiveness and services are accepted as the object of the research. Business owners; senior management, line managers of operational units and heads of functional services of enterprises; state management structures are accepted as the subjects of management. The relevance of the study is primarily related to the role that management plays in the competition to achieve competitive advantage. The changes in the methodology of strategic management of enterprises - the introduction of a resource approach to strategy development on a fundamentally different basis, should be added to this. The article considers the problems associated with the improvement of the market approach to the development of a strategy for the operation of diversified enterprises in a competitive environment, as well as the problems in the implementation of the resource approach. They are primarily related to another source of competitive advantage, the formation of enterprise strategy is not top-down, as in the market approach, it is bottom-up. 摘要

. 本文考虑了提高汽车运输企业竞争力的发展管理理念。研究的主要目的是确定汽车运输企业竞争力管理的问题,并提出在现代条件下解决这些问题的假设。同时,将设计和保证管理功能的过程、开发新的方法和改进现有的实现汽车运输企业竞争力和服务管理功能的方法作为研究对象。企业主;企业高级管理人员、业务单位直线经理、职能服务负责人;国家管理机构被认为是管理的主体。该研究的相关性主要与管理在竞争中发挥的作用有关,以获得竞争优势。企业战略管理方法的变化- -在根本不同的基础上对战略发展采用资源办法- -应该加上这一点。本文考虑了在竞争环境下,完善市场方法制定多元化企业经营战略所存在的问题,以及资源方法实施中存在的问题。它们主要与竞争优势的另一个来源有关,企业战略的形成不是自上而下的,而是像市场方法那样自下而上的。列举了市场方法在制定多元化企业发展战略中的不足,以及资源方法在制定多元化企业发展战略中的新途径,从而形成了提高汽车运输企业竞争力管理的问题清单,并确定了解决这些问题的假设。
