摘要

通过对北京市典型老年社区居家养老外部环境的调查分析，找出社区生活存在的主要问题。在对居家养老需求分析的基础上，提出将居家养老的外部环境改造分为基本需求改造和舒适需求改造，可以分层次、分步进行。根据每个社区的实际情况和不同的目标，合理确定改造的内容，有效利用改造措施，充分利用政府政策，将成为解决问题的最实际、最有效的途径。
