Thus, intelligent applications are possible if one wish to automate the management and decision while making an alarm system based on relevant indicators. Finally, we come up with an “expert system” that can provide some solutions to the problems of measurement theory. 摘要

随着网络教育和远程教育的蓬勃发展,科学、客观地对网络学习进行评价显得尤为重要。本文提出了一种基于创新评价方法的智能模糊评价系统,利用专家制定的管理规则进行辅助、优化和决策。在此基础上,提出了一种基于模糊逻辑概念和新信息技术的评价方法和算法。因此,如果希望在根据相关指标制定报警系统的同时实现管理和决策的自动化,则可以实现智能应用。最后,我们提出了一个“专家系统”,可以为测量理论的问题提供一些解决方案。并通过具体算例将该方法与传统方法进行了比较,得出了该方法的有效性结论。
