Data were analyzed by Structural Equation Modelling technique using SmartPLS software. There six of Seven hypotheses that have been supported or accepted: intrinsic motivation positive and significant impact on job satisfaction, interpersonal communication positive and significant impact on job satisfaction, transformational positive and significant impact on job satisfaction, intrinsic motivation positive and significant impact on employee performance, transformational leadership positive and significant impact on employee performance, and job satisfaction positive and significant impact on employee performance. 摘要

本研究旨在探讨内在动机、人际沟通和变革型领导对工作满意度的影响,以提升员工绩效。本研究由5个变量组成,即3个自变量(exogen)、1个因变量(Endogen)和1个干预变量。三个自变量是内在动机、人际沟通和变革型领导。因变量为员工绩效,中介变量为工作满意度。这项研究是在雪朗万丹的宗教部办公室进行的。在判断抽样的基础上,采用目的抽样技术对81名被调查者进行调查。主要数据通过检查表和开放式问卷收集。数据分析采用结构方程建模技术,使用SmartPLS软件。七个假说中有六个已被支持或接受:内在动机对工作满意度有积极显著影响,人际沟通对工作满意度有积极显著影响,变革型对工作满意度有积极显著影响,内在动机对员工绩效有积极显著影响,变革型领导对员工绩效有积极显著影响,工作满意度对员工绩效有积极显著影响。而有一个假说不被支持或拒绝:人际沟通对员工绩效有积极但不显著的影响。
