Then through the technique features of radiographic inspection, an applicable inspection technique for BOSS welds in PWRs was summarized. Combining the experience feedback of BOSS weld failures at home and abroad, a useful maintenance solution was proposed. 摘要

BOSS又称机组分接线,是近年来在核电站中应用的一种新型结构。压水堆核电站BOSS焊失效可能导致含硼水泄漏,严重影响设备的安全运行。本文首先对BOSS焊失效的原因进行了研究。然后通过射线检测的技术特点,总结出一种适用于压水堆BOSS焊缝的检测技术。结合国内外BOSS焊接失效的经验反馈,提出了实用的维修方案。最后从设计工艺、焊接工艺和检验工艺三个方面提出了提高BOSS焊缝质量的可行性建议。
