The experimental verification was carried out to realize the accurate detection of internal defects of a series longitudinal distribution in the standard test block. 摘要

针对重载高速铁路焊缝纵向区域内部缺陷深度检测困难的问题,研究了一种用于双层介质内部缺陷检测的超声虚拟源成像技术。根据Snell规则建立了相控阵子孔径虚拟源超声在双层介质中传输和接收的数值模拟模型。通过实验验证,实现了对标准试块内一系列纵向分布的内部缺陷的准确检测。结果表明,该算法能有效提高标准测试块纵向分布中多个缺陷的检出率,显著提高信噪比。
