摘要

本文提出了一种考虑计划停机影响的改进的可靠性分析算法。建立了计划停运的基本参数和数学模型。并给出了计划停机的计算公式。在此基础上,设计了一种考虑容量约束的用户是否可以转移到互联馈线的新方案。提出了一种使可靠性评估更加准确的负荷转移判断算法。最后,将本文算法在两个测试系统中的可靠性分析结果与几种已有算法的结果进行了比较,证明了本文算法的正确性。最后将该算法应用于实际的大型配电系统,进一步验证了该算法的有效性和良好的性能。
