摘要

对30例坏死性胰腺炎、胰头癌、慢性胰腺炎患者，应用胶原蛋白绒(Tachocomb)止血于胰腺切除术部位及左侧切除术后腹膜后。胰床弥漫性出血虽有凝血障碍，但可通过胶原蛋白绒布止血，无需手术控制出血。由于慢性胰腺炎，术后不需要使用胶原蛋白。
