摘要

本文对基于数据包络分析(DEA)的投入产出模型进行了分析,提出了基于DEA的船舶交通服务投入产出模型,并结合运行船舶交通服务效率评价的需求特点,构建了该模型的投入产出指标。本文结合VTS实例,对所提出模型的算法进行了分析,分析结论与实际情况相符,从而验证了模型的有效性,进而为VTS的量化效率评估提供了一种求解方法。
