摘要

针对井下矿井噪声强度高、声源不清晰等问题造成的语音交互和语音输入困难等问题,本文提出了一种基于时域生成对抗网络的语音增强系统,用于井下通信或语音识别前端,提高语音信息传输质量,提高工作效率。针对时域生成对抗网络在提取语音信息时忽略信道间特征信息和训练不稳定等问题,引入信道注意和相对平均生成对抗网络进行优化。实验结果表明,与其他模型相比,该模型能更有效地去除井下噪声。
