摘要

本研究旨在描述并分析变革型领导、工作文化、工作满意度与教师绩效的关系。分析了变革型领导与工作文化、工作满意度、教师绩效、工作文化与教师绩效、工作满意度与教师绩效、变革型领导通过工作文化与教师绩效、变革型领导通过工作满意度与教师绩效之间的关系。本文运用相关分析方法对122人的数据进行了量化分析,通过问卷调查和路径分析,结果表明:变革型领导与工作文化、变革型领导与工作满意度、变革型领导与教师绩效、变革型领导与教师绩效、变革型领导与教师绩效、变革型领导与教师绩效之间存在直接关系。工作满意度通过工作文化影响教师绩效,变革型领导通过工作满意度影响教师绩效,变革型领导通过工作满意度影响教师绩效。
