指挥控制系统作为作战系统的神经中枢,起着作战智能大脑的作用。其智能化是提升军事领域核心竞争力的关键。指挥控制智能化发展是大势所趋。在人工智能的基础上,阐述了智能指挥控制系统的定义和关键技术,提出了一种基于军事云大脑的以服务为粒度、以数据为中心、以人工智能为抓手的指挥控制系统体系结构模型。为今后智能指挥控制系统的发展提供了基础理论和技术支持。
